Should I wash my hair on my wedding day?

It depends on your hair type and the style you are having on the day. I usually prefer to work with very clean, very dry hair, no product and hot heat application.

So I would recommend the night before double shampoo, very little conditioner and  blow drying your hair with a round brush, but you know your own hair best – if it gets greasy quickly, you will feel more confident by washing it on the day.

When is the best time to colour my hair?

It is recommend a week to 10 days before the wedding to give your hair time to settle.

What are the steps to book my Bridal Hair with Andrea Luella?

Once you have decided you would like to book with Andrea Luella, I will send out a booking form and quotation for you, once the deposit is received and the completed booking form your date will be exclusively yours.

We will then look to book in your 1.5hour consultation at the studio where we will work together to create your bespoke vision  to replicate on the day.

What styles will suit my face shape?

Complementing your face shape is all about balance. Oval face shape will suit most styles; square and round faces will benefit from height on the crown, which create the illusion of looking longer; long faces need width; heart shapes need width at the jawline, layers work well here.

My hair is fine and mid-length. How do I add body and length for my dream look?

Clip-in extensions are a great way to boosting your locks. We can do a trial run with them if this is something you would like to try.

How far in advance should I book my trial?

You can book your trial in at anytime, however we recommend your trial to take place 4-12 weeks before your wedding day.

Will you come to my venue?

Absolutely!

How long will it take on the morning of the wedding?

This all varies depending on the style you have chosen and if we are adding in additional extensions for fullness and volume, I will go through timings with you at your trial.
